Job Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Room Maintenance
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and furniture.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, linen, and amenities).
- Perform turn-down service as per hotel standards (if applicable).
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to the supervisor.
2. Public Area Cleaning
- Ensure public spaces, such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, are clean and presentable.
- Polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and maintain glass/mirror surfaces.
3. Laundry and Linen Management
- Collect, sort, and send dirty linen to the laundry department.
- Restock linen closets as needed.
- Handle guest laundry requests promptly and accurately.
4. Adherence to Standards
- Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to hotel safety, security, and hygiene policies.
5. Guest Interaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
- Handle lost and found items as per hotel policy.
6. Team Collaboration
- Assist other team members during peak periods or in special situations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Eligibility
Education
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience
- For Associate: 0-2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels or similar environments.
- For Senior Associate: 2+ years of experience, with demonstrated proficiency and leadership in housekeeping operations.
